Furs in Space
NASA Astronaut Col. Timothy Kopra recently traveled to space on the shuttle Endeavour. Being a big fan, he brought along some music from the Psychedelic Furs. Here is an actual photo of the CD floating in the International Space Station.
Kopra is scheduled to return to space on the shuttle program’s final mission in September 2010.
Norway and Belgium CANCELED
Unfortunately, the November shows scheduled for Belgium and Norway have been canceled due to scheduling issues.
The Furs do plan to head to Europe soon, but I have no additional information at this time.
London, Glasgow and Manchester CANCELED
Unfortunately, the November shows scheduled for London, Glasgow, and Manchester have been put off for the time being.
There is no further word at this time on when the dates will be rescheduled.
